Datacoves is looking for a motivated Technical Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! This is a technical role, in which you MUST be familiar with dbt, Git, SQL and Python. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our users—guiding customers through onboarding, offering top-tier support, delivering training, and creating educational content to help them get the most out of Datacoves. This is a high-impact role at a fast-paced startup where you’ll wear many hats, contribute across teams, and help shape the customer experience from day one. This is a remote position for people based in North America, Central America, the Caribbean or Colombia with full-time dedication and availability during Eastern Time Zone working hours Responsibilities Guide new customers through onboarding and platform setup Deliver responsive, technical support (Slack, MS Teams, email, and conference calls) Lead training sessions and Q&As to ensure customer success Coordinate meetings across time zones and manage your schedule effectively Write and maintain user-friendly documentation in Datacoves Docs Create technical how-to guides, blog posts, and walkthroughs Help develop and record short-form educational videos and tutorials Occasional travel required (typically 1–2 conferences per year, with limited additional travel) Required Qualifications Solid technical skills in dbt , Git , SQL , and Python Strong communication and empathy—you enjoy helping people succeed Excellent Verbal and Written EnglishExcellent time management and organizational skills Ability to break down technical concepts into clear, digestible content Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Apache Airflow or other tools in the modern data stack Prior experience in a customer success, solutions, or technical support role Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.) What We Offer An opportunity to grow and develop a long-term relationship with us in a growing field.
