Responsibilities Lead IT migration and infrastructure projects (on-prem to cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online). Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle. Coordinate technical teams, internal stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors. Ensure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed. Deliver regular status reports, project dashboards, and up-to-date technical documentation. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and support the development of training materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management (infrastructure or service delivery). Proven track record leading end-to-end IT projects — from planning through go-live and hypercare. Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations. C1 English level (written and verbal) — required. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. PMP or equivalent certification; Agile or hybrid delivery certifications. Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Intune, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint). Knowledge of ITSM best practices. Valid passport and visa (occasional international travel — a plus, not a requirement). Ability to work independently in distributed teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
