Responsibilities Oversees a team focused on technical implementations Deliver accurate estimates, provide regular feedback and consistently meet project needs Technology agnostic approach in engineering Contributes actively to the overall architecture of the system Attends the Architecture work group sessions and leads the initiatives Balancing between doing it right and getting it done Anticipates changes and quickly adapts systems to serve customers needs the best way possible Provides mentorship and guidance to the other members of the team Assist and guide the Product Manager in project coordination.
