Runergy is a leading solar manufacturer supplying high-quality modules worldwide. We are seeking Sales Managers to support distributed and utility-scale solar projects. This hire will work closely with key industry players, attending industry events, and supporting the Sales Director in developing strong relationships with potential and established buyers. Responsibilities Lead the development and expansion of Runergy’s solar distribution business across Colombia, Andean Region and other market, while supporting business growth in other strategic LATAM markets Build, manage, and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors, EPC companies, installers, and key market partners Identify new business opportunities and establish regional sales channels and strategic partnerships Promote Runergy’s solar modules and related solutions within local and regional markets Conduct market analysis and provide insights on market trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activities, and customer demand Achieve assigned regional sales targets and contribute to long‑term market expansion strategies Coordinate closely with internal departments including logistics, technical support, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction Represent Runergy at industry exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other commercial activities Qualifications Proven track record in solar business development, especially within solar distribution networks. Strong understanding of the renewable energy and photovoltaic markets in Colombia and the broader Andean Region. Existing customer relationships and channel resources within Colombia and other LATAM solar markets are highly preferred. Previous experience working with photovoltaic manufacturers or Chinese solar companies is highly preferred. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities. Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
