Overview Catalog & Accounting Coordinator (Odoo & Amazon): We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our product catalog, support Amazon operations, and handle basic accounting tasks in Odoo. This role combines catalog management, profitability tracking, and accounts payable/receivable responsibilities. Responsibilities Maintain and organize the product catalog in Odoo and ensure accurate Amazon item mapping Monitor Amazon messages, balances, deductions, and chargebacks Track item and vendor profitability and prepare performance reports Enter vendor bills, process payments, and manage AP in Odoo Monitor receivables, follow up on open balances, and assist with reconciliations Coordinate with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues Requirements Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central Basic accounting knowledge (AP, AR, invoicing, payments) Strong written and verbal English communication Skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with data and numbers Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
