This implies coordinating, analyzing, executing projects, and meeting tight deadlines ensuring quality control throughout the process. Responsibilities Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project requirements, deadlines, and progress. Overseeing project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Selecting and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and projects are completed on time and within budget. Fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Staying up to date with new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency and quality. Improving overall operation processes and workflows. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, or related field. 2 years of Project Management experience (Desirable in localization or a related industry). Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Experience with written/verbal communication with clients/resources. Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks/projects. Problem-solving skills. Technically literate in the use of various IT/Software tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a culturally diverse team. Basic knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools is required, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Adobe software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is highly desirable. Additional languages would be a strong asset. Experience working in a remote environment.
