Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) , the talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe, founded in 1926 and now the world’s #1 largest communications group, is looking for a Buying Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in media buying or paid media to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing large media budgets and driving high-impact campaigns focused on performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize large media campaign budgets. Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports. Ensure effective budget allocation and maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on campaign objectives. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in media buying, paid media, or similar roles. Fluent/Advanced English level (B2+). Strong negotiation and project management skills. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formattings). Excellent attention to details.
