Discovery & Business Understanding Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads Map out current workflows across departments (sales, ops, finance, marketing, etc.) Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes Ask sharp questions to uncover how things actually work (not just how they’re described) 2. Opportunity Identification Determine what can be: Automated Augmented with AI Eliminated or simplified Evaluate opportunities across: Off-the-shelf tools (Zapier, Make, GPT workflows, etc.) Custom AI/agent-based solutions Prioritize based on: ROI Speed to implement Business impact 3. AI Automation Roadmap Creation Produce a structured deliverable that includes: Current state workflow breakdown Identified automation opportunities Recommended solutions (tools, agents, systems) Implementation plan (phased rollout) Estimated impact (time savings, cost savings, revenue lift) 4.
