The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive financial and business controlling support for both external partners and internal stakeholders. This includes managing monthly reporting, margin reconciliation, business reviews, planning cycles, pricing strategies, and KPI tracking. The role also supports strategic decision-making through ad hoc analysis and financial modeling, ensuring accurate and timely insights that drive performance and alignment. Key Responsibilities Monthly sales & stock report and Patient tracking & Qtrly/Yearly Reporting Packages. Monthly DRM (or overview of targeted MOH). Accruals (monthly) / True-up = margin reconciliation (Qtrly/yearly - partner specific). Business reviews/Planning (coordinating, collecting, preparing and presenting consolidated sales and operational plans for regular business reviews with partners). Purchase (supply) price setup (setting yearly supply prices). Internal Business Partnering (providing support to regional BUs as well as close cooperation with local/regional/global teams). KPIs tracking / Internal business partnering. Ad hoc analysis and assignments. Back-up for other employees in controlling. Ensure full compliance in implementation of professional activities and enhances good image of de company. Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance. Experience At least 5 years in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences. Foundational knowledge of accounting principles. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and large datasets. Skills & Abilities Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in English. Proven capacity to independently plan and execute tasks in alignment with company guidelines. Proactive in identifying operational risks and recommending effective mitigation measures. Advanced computer literacy with expertise in data analytics.
