Works under direct supervision, following established processes, and using independent judgment to ensure compliance with operational policies and delivery of consistent, high‑quality service. Tracks and records customer interaction time, parts usage, and service outcomes in real‑time with high accuracy, contributing to operational efficiency and accountability. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as field service engineer, with expertise in imaging equipment. Ability to maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs; service‑oriented with a methodical approach to problem solving. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B1). Resident of Medellin, with availability to travel within the country.
