Support Consultant - Measurement Applications Location: Bogota, Colombia Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Central Standard Time Model of Work: Hybrid Overview As a Support Consultant, you will join a global team delivering exceptional client support. Responsibilities Manage a backlog of customer issues including ticket lifecycle, issue triage, defect documentation, testing, resolution guidance, and ensuring SLA compliance. Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (products, engineering, etc.) to resolve customer issues. Curate resolved issues into a knowledge base system. Set goals and deadlines, maintaining commitment in the face of obstacles. Provide periodic after‑hours support for critical issues and participate in an on‑call rotation. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar). Minimum 1 year experience in providing software solution support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Foundational understanding of SQL or ability to rapidly attain proficiency; ability to analyze data in SQL and read C++ or C# code. Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, ADO). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
