Eligibility Only Colombian nationals. Technical degree in Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of aviation experience, including at least 2 years in aviation maintenance, reliability engineering, or data analysis. English language proficiency at Foreign Service Institute Level R/1 or equivalent. Spanish language proficiency equivalent to Foreign Service Institute Level R/3 or S/3. Familiarity with FAA regulations and technical publications/manuals. Experience with aviation safety regulations (e.g., FARs). Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certification preferred. Experience with UH‑60 aircraft types desirable, or other rotor‑wing and fixed‑wing aircraft. Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military maintenance regulations desirable. Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures required. Experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Experience with root cause analysis. Excellent understanding of aviation maintenance concepts and practices. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., statistical software, spreadsheets). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
