About Addi We are a leading financial platform building the future of payments, shopping, and banking—enabling effortless transactions for over 2 million customers and more than 20,000 merchants. We provide deposits, payments, unsecured credit, and commerce services, operating as a regulated bank in Colombia while achieving profitability and scaling sustainably. About the Role This position focuses on driving partner‑linked growth by owning commercial relationships, deepening activation, and scaling partnership GMV across e‑commerce originations. What’s the Mission You’ll Drive Extract maximum value from Addi’s aggregator partnership ecosystem, turning signed contracts into compounded GMV growth, merchant activation, and e‑commerce originations while owning end‑to‑end commercial ownership and operational execution. What You Will Do Take full ownership of at least two active partnerships within the first 60 days—commercial relationship, QBR cadence, and escalation management. Execute a merchant activation strategy that improves quarterly activation metrics across GMV‑weighted penetration, transaction count, and unique customer activation. Build bottoms‑up GMV forecasts by partner and run acceleration levers (pricing, co‑marketing, incentives, vertical expansion) to exceed Addi’s overall GMV growth rate. Grow the share of e‑commerce originations from partnership channels by removing friction throughout the activation funnel. Establish a structured management cadence (QBRs, joint roadmap, shared scorecard) with real‑time Databricks dashboards for partner health metrics. Serve as the single point of coordination for partnership execution, driving on‑time delivery across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal without direct authority. What We’re Looking For Strategic Partnership Management Own full partnership lifecycle from negotiation to commercial optimization with direct accountability for revenue or GMV. Have managed end‑to‑end partnerships (term sheet → integration → growth) and a partnership P&L or revenue target. Can align incentives when partners have their own sales teams and competing priorities. Have managed complex multi‑stakeholder relationships at senior executive level internally and externally. Self‑Starter in Ambiguous Environments Build and iterate processes without a playbook, delivering measurable impact in undefined scope. Possess experience building a partnerships function from scratch for a small team. Make decisions with incomplete information and adjust quickly based on data. Drive outsized impact in roles with unclear path forward. Background in consulting or structured problem‑solving under ambiguity is a strong plus. Commercial Acumen & Negotiation Build and defend commercial proposals grounded in unit economics and hold firm on terms while finding creative solutions. Create pricing models, revenue share structures, and MDF/CI frameworks from scratch. Understand cost of funds, settlement cycles, and partnership economics at scale. Negotiate with C‑level partner executives and present data‑driven business cases confidently. Model and stress‑test deal economics with Finance before table negotiations. AI Tooling Proficiency Operate at high pace using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for analysis, drafting, and workflow acceleration. Leverage AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) to automate repeatable tasks. Adopt new tools proactively to multiply partnership function efficiency. Bilingual Fluency — Spanish & English Business‑level fluency in both languages across all professional contexts—written, verbal, and executive. Present and negotiate effectively in Spanish and English, switching seamlessly based on audience. Deliver executive‑level presentations and commercial proposals in both languages. Data‑Driven Operator Use data as the primary input for opportunities, business cases, and impact measurement. Write or interpret SQL queries and work with transaction‑level datasets. Build or use dashboards with Databricks, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. Identify underperforming merchant segments and design targeted activation strategies. Measure impact of commercial initiatives and adjust based on results. Fintech / Lending / Credit Product Experience Work with fintechs, BNPL, or credit products and understand merchant/consumer economics. Know credit risk concepts, approval funnels, and consumer credit behavior at point of sale. Understand payment ecosystems—acquirers, POS, orchestrators, and transaction flows. Recognize settlement cycles, funding costs, and MDF structures affecting partnership economics. Experience in regulated financial environments (compliance, SFC, etc.) LatAm Market Experience Operate in Latin American markets, understanding relationship‑driven business dynamics. Have direct exposure to Colombian business culture, negotiation norms, and local payment ecosystem (Credibanco, Redeban, Nequi, Rappi, MercadoPago). Understand the Colombian regulatory context (SFC oversight, Habeas Data, cross‑border dynamics). Build and maintain senior‑level relationships in LatAm without relying on large teams. Why Join Us? Work on high‑impact problems that directly improve financial access for millions of customers. Shape a fast‑growing company, influencing technology, strategy, culture, and values. Join a world‑class team across multiple regions, with a focus on ownership, excellence, and collaboration. Receive competitive compensation, equity, and benefits beyond the basics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
