Responsibilities Support the achievement of the company’s goals and operational efficiency by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and financial processes. This role is responsible for supporting supplier payments, maintaining reliable financial records through proper reconciliation and control, and supporting decision‑making with up‑to‑date accounting information. Additionally, it contributes to the preparation and submission of financial and tax reports to regulatory and supervisory authorities, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations. Primary duties will include: Understand the company’s goals, objectives and improvements, in order to direct efforts to achieve them. Efficiently manage the process of payments to suppliers, verifying documentation and complying with established deadlines, thus ensuring the proper administration of financial resources. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records by reconciling bank balances with the organization’s accounting records, identifying and resolving possible reconciling items. Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate accounting information in a manner that supports the company’s decision making. Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of the information required by the DIAN, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and regulations established by the regulatory body. Qualifications A professional degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related careers. B2 level of English. Minimum experience of one (1) year in accounting or financial or administrative areas of companies in the real or financial sector. Expertise in financial statement preparation and reporting. Working environment Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract. Hybrid setting: 4 days in‑office and 1 day from home.
