In this role, you will act as both a project leader and strategic advisor, owning delivery, managing teams, and partnering closely with clients to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction Partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute strategic initiatives Manage and mentor teams of Associates and Analysts across multiple projects Oversee workstreams including organizational transformation, private equity due diligence, strategic planning & execution, market research & assessments Build and manage strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensure structured problem‑solving and high‑quality deliverables Contribute to internal initiatives and team development Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar project‑based environments Proven experience leading projects and managing teams Strong client‑facing experience and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, PhD, or similar) is a plus Experience in business development or client relationship management Exposure to strategy, research, or transaction‑related projects Core Skills Strategic thinking and structured problem solving Leadership and team management Client communication and stakeholder management Data analysis and insight generation Project planning and execution Attention to detail and quality control Tools & Experience (Nice To Have) Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook Data analysis and visualization Market research and secondary research Proposal writing Private equity or transaction exposure Survey design and analysis Segmentation and analytical frameworks Time Zone Must work aligned with US time zones Compensation $3,500 – $4,500 USD per month If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr
