Responsibilities As a Junior Project Manager you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from conception to delivery, owning strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences. You will coordinate with internal teams and the Fever marketing team to ensure events have impact in ticket sales and coverage, manage and grow revenue from Fever Originals events, represent the Fever brand at events, and make informed decisions based on data, including P&L analysis. Key tasks include: Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose changes to operational processes and drive a high standard in customer satisfaction. Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships. Help to scale the Fever Originals experience. Coordinate with the different internal teams at Fever. Work with the Fever marketing team to make sure events have impact on ticket sales and coverage. Manage, report on, and grow revenue from Fever Originals events. Represent the Fever brand at events. Make informed decisions based on data, including P&L analysis. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills both oral and written. Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills. Solution-focused with a proven ability to identify problems and propose resolutions. Strong communication skills and a track record of building positive working relationships. Highly organized and efficient. Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts. Great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen. Ability to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams. Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks. Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus. Strong academic background is a plus.
