The successful applicant will assist the customer, manage the entire insurance process, and bring customer support after the deal is closed. Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 7 PM ET Time Location: Eastern Time Zone - 100% Remote American Holidays Observance Responsibilities Gather and authenticate required application and financial documents Secure all personal and business documents to manage insurance documents such as certificates, claims, site inspections, contracts, and other insurance information Assist leads, applicants, and customers throughout the insurance process as well as following the closure or renewal of the deal Qualifications Bilingualism in English and Spanish is non-negotiable . A minimum of 3+ years of Insurance Agent experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is required; however, an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred . The ideal candidate should demonstrate past stability in terms of employment . Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and communication skills are expected. The successful applicant should also have demonstrated technical proficiency with various software applications and prior experience with CRM systems.
