What You’ll Do as a NetSuite Sales Representative: Manage Full Sales Cycle: Drive the sales cycle from initial prospecting through to deal closure, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships. Client Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that drive value and growth. Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, addressing complex challenges and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals. KPI and Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed status updates and KPI reports, providing insights that guide sales strategies and client engagement. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts, contributing to the overall growth of the business. Market and Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of NetSuite products and the broader ERP landscape, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for clients. Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with broader company goals. Qualifications: Advanced or Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software Engineer or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in B2B roles. 2-3 years of experience in IT Industry. Experience with enterprise-level customer management platforms, including configuration and reporting capabilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace & Drive Advanced English Proactivity Experience with CRM/ERP systems. Will add value: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or equivalent ERP platforms.
