We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designerwho can balance creative design work with end-to-end project management. This role will primarily focus on marketing initiatives, including campaign design, digital content creation, and branding, but will also collaborate with our product development team to bring new ideas to life, from color, design elements, and packaging. Responsibilities Design & Creative Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, website, print materials, and more. Design engaging packaging, product displays, and branding materials that align with our brand identity. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the product team to support product launches with innovative design concepts. Create pitch decks for internal and external facing communications. Project Management Plan, manage, and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Act as the primary liaison between marketing, product, and external vendors to streamline workflows and communication. Adapt to shifting priorities and scopes, maintaining flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset. Track project performance and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and creativity. Work closely with marketing to ideate and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and brand awareness. Partner with the product team to ensure design considerations align with product vision and customer needs. Stay informed on industry trends and tools, incorporating fresh ideas and technologies into your work. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to project management. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including marketing and product-focused work. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
