Department Corporate Marketing Location Colombia Role Senior User Acquisition Manager Responsibilities Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.). Manage large budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI and CAC performance. Partner closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post install metrics. Manage creative testing pipelines, scaling best performing assets and ensuring brand consistency. Evaluate new UA channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance acquisition efficiency. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 3 years of hands on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products. Strong analytical mindset. Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution models (CTIT, re attribution, SRNs, etc.). Experience managing large paid budgets and optimizing campaigns towards ROI/CAC goals. Proven ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable strategies. Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
