Overview We are looking for a Sales Person to drive growth by connecting businesses with the right Atlassian solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to position Atlas Bench as the go-to Atlassian partner for enterprise organizations across industries. Key Responsibilities Drive new business and generate leads. Generate leads through events, digital outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting. Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding customer requirements and aligning them with Atlassian solutions. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across industries and geographies. Engage clients and close deals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that clearly showcase the value of Atlassian solutions and Atlas Bench's expertise. Understand client pain points deeply and recommend tailored solutions. Guide prospects through the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. Build and maintain long-term relationships. Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the engagement. Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion within existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Collaborate with internal teams. Work closely with the consulting and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are accurate, feasible, and aligned with client goals. Provide input on solution design from a client perspective and communicate client feedback internally to improve our offerings. Support training and enablement. Deliver introductory sessions to clients on Atlassian product features and best practices as part of the sales process. Create and share educational resources that support client decision-making and accelerate deal cycles.
