Location: Colombia (Medellín preferred, not required) | Full-Time Reports To: CEO Compensation: $1,500 USD/month + performance bonuses tied to revenue growth About RepairLift RepairLift is a performance marketing agency that helps independent diesel truck repair shops in the United States fill their bays. We run Google Ads, Facebook campaigns, call tracking, and lead scoring systems that turn ad spend into phone calls and phone calls into revenue for our clients. We're in aggressive growth mode and we need a marketing leader who can own the strategy and manage the teams that execute it. This isn't a hands‑on‑keyboard role. We already have execution teams in place — GoHighLevel specialists, Facebook ad buyers, Google Ads buyers, video editors, and web developers. You won't be doing any of that work. You'll be the person who sets the marketing direction, oversees the strategy across all channels, ensures the right people are doing the right work, and holds everyone accountable to results. If you can't take a strategy and turn it into a project plan with deadlines, owners, and measurable outcomes — this isn't the right fit. What You'll Own Priority 1: RepairLift's Own Marketing We already have profitable, winning paid campaigns bringing in leads for our sales team. Your job isn't to rebuild what works — it's to make it better and fill the gaps. Own the overall marketing strategy for RepairLift's client acquisition Optimize existing paid campaigns by working with the ad buying team — reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities, and directing strategic changes Build and own the organic content engine: strategy for social media, video content, SEO, email, and thought leadership that positions RepairLift as the authority in diesel shop marketing Ensure marketing output is consistent, on‑brand, and actually drives pipeline — not just impressions Report on marketing performance weekly and tie everything back to lead volume and cost per lead Priority 2: Custom Marketing Campaign Management RepairLift takes on select custom marketing projects outside our core offering. These are high‑value B2B engagements. Your job is to make sure they get delivered. Take CEO‑level strategy and break it into executable project plans Scope projects, set timelines, assign work to the right team members, and manage deliverables Coordinate across ad buyers, content creators, and contractors to keep campaigns on track Track campaign performance and report results internally to the CEO Identify opportunities to turn one‑off projects into repeatable service offerings Team Management Manage and hold accountable the execution teams already in place: FB ad buyers, Google Ads buyers, GHL specialists, video editors, web developers, content creators, and contractors You don't do the work — you make sure the work gets done, on time, at quality Run weekly check‑ins, review output, flag issues before they become problems Build processes and workflows so campaigns run on systems, not on you chasing people Hire and onboard new team members as we scale What You Need Non‑Negotiable: Marketing strategy experience — you've built or led a marketing function, not just executed tasks within one Strong project management ability — you naturally break big goals into tasks, owners, deadlines, and follow‑up Experience managing a team of at least 3‑5 people (ad buyers, editors, content creators, contractors) Strategic understanding of GoHighLevel, Facebook ads, Google Ads, and web development — you don't need to be the one in the accounts, but you need to understand what good looks like, read the data, spot problems, and direct the teams doing the work Track record of marketing work that directly generated revenue, not just brand awareness Ability to work independently — you don't need to be told what to do next Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — you'll be working directly with the CEO and US‑based team members daily Strong Preference Experience in lead generation or performance marketing (agency or in‑house) Experience building an organic content strategy from scratch (social, video, email, SEO) Comfort with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation B2B marketing experience Agency experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Based in Medellín What Success Looks Like First 30 Days: Fully onboarded on our platforms, ad accounts, team structure, and current campaigns Audit current marketing performance and present top 3 strategic improvements Take over management of the marketing execution teams Deliver a 90‑day organic content strategy with publishing cadence and channel priorities First 90 Days: Lead volume for sales team increased by 30%+ Cost per qualified lead trending down Organic content engine running consistently — regular publishing schedule across chosen channels At least one custom marketing project managed and delivered on time Team running on documented processes with clear accountability First 6 Months: Marketing is a self‑sustaining engine — CEO spends less than 2 hours/week on marketing oversight Organic content is producing measurable inbound interest You've built a team and system that scales, not a one‑person bottleneck Who Thrives Here You think like an owner, not an employee. You see the gap and fill it without being asked. You're a strategist who can also project manage — you set the direction AND make sure it gets executed. You manage with accountability, not micromanagement. Your team knows what's expected and delivers. You think in terms of revenue impact, not vanity metrics. You're comfortable in a fast‑moving company where priorities shift and you're expected to adapt. Who Won't Last Here If you need a perfect brief before you start working, this isn't for you. If you can't show me the revenue your marketing generated, keep scrolling. If "I managed the brand" is the highlight of your resume, this isn't your role. If you're looking for a role where you do the creative work yourself, this is the wrong seat. You direct and manage — you don't design, write copy, or build funnels. To Apply Send the following: Your resume or LinkedIn profile A short note (under 200 words) on a marketing function or campaign you led — what was the strategy, how did you manage execution, and what revenue resulted Your experience overseeing teams working in GoHighLevel, Facebook ads, or Google Ads Your salary expectations No generic cover letters. Just tell us what you've led and what happened because of it. #J-18808-Ljbffr
