Execution Feedback Analyst Position Summary The Execution Feedback Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across Falcon Farms by managing, analyzing, and communicating execution feedback from both virtual and in-field audits. This role helps ensure field execution aligns with Falcon Farms standards, customer expectations, and training initiatives by identifying trends, measuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to leadership teams. The analyst is responsible for maintaining audit programs, providing reporting and dashboards, coordinating virtual audit assignments, and partnering with field leadership to improve consistency in execution across all customers and regions. This position requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings in a clear and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Audit & Execution Feedback Management Build, maintain, and improve virtual and in-field audit programs across multiple customers and service models. Monitor audit completion, accuracy, and quality to ensure meaningful and actionable feedback. Coordinate virtual audit assignments and scheduling to support operational priorities. Review service photos and execution data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure audits align with current Falcon Farms standards, Step by Step training tools, planograms, and customer expectations. Support calibration efforts to ensure scoring consistency across auditors and regions. Reporting & Analytics Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and execution reporting tools. Analyze operational trends related to compliance, training effectiveness, service execution, safety, and customer standards. Provide regular reporting to leadership teams with concise summaries and actionable insights. Support measurement of training initiatives, seasonal rollouts, and operational campaigns. Identify recurring execution issues and help determine root causes. Training & Operational Support Assist with onboarding support, training validations, and execution follow-up initiatives. Provide insights that help improve training materials, job aids, and operational processes. Help maintain audit documentation, standard operating procedures, and reporting accuracy. Participate in special projects related to execution improvement, customer programs, and operational initiatives. Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management. Comfortable working with operational systems, dashboards, and photo-based auditing tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
