Position Overview This is an exciting, high income producing position! You will be responsible for making 250–350 dials per day to prospects who have already interacted with our brand but haven't booked a call yet. There is an entry level position with us with plenty of room for upside mobility and growth! Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outreach: Execute 250+ outbound calls daily to leads, no-shows, and client inquiries. Pipeline Management: Ensure a high meeting show-up rate through clear communication and professional follow-up. Continuous Growth: Participate in team training and apply feedback instantly to increase your conversion math. Sales team collaboration: Work with our sales to close deals and expand our business Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of sales/lead generation experience Communication: Advanced/Fluent English level with a confident, persuasive phone presence. Resilience: A "thick skin" and the ability to maintain high energy over a 5-day work week. Compensation Package Earning Potential: Expected earnings range from $2,000 - $3,500 USD per month.
